Shipping and Handling:

• All the items are stored in the UK and ready to be shipped (currently within UK only).

   

• Items will be shipped within 24 hours after payment cleared.

   

• The item will be shipped by Royal Mail 1^st class, which usually takes only 1-2 business days to receive (excluding weekend and holiday).

   

• Please do not sign and accept the parcel if you found the seal is opened or the parcel is demaged. Otherwise, we do not answer for any problems caused by this.

   

• No pick up service provided.

   

• We cannot take responsibility to the mistake of Royal Mail, including packet damaging, packet missing and despatch to wrong place etc. unless Recorded service is selected as shipping method.
• We will only follow your address listed in the Paypal payment for the shipment.

   

• Items should be received by you within 4 business days for the UK buyers and if you still have not got your item 5-6 days after you made payment please do not hesitate to contact us for further action and we will try our best to help you.
